The Macedonian Alliance recently conducted a petition for the Macedonian Diaspora on the recent decision made by the current coalition government for passing of the law of decentralisation and partition of Republic of Macedonia. The MA supported the initiative of the World Macedonian Congress where the MA under direct dialogue controlled the Diaspora petitions.

The final figure of 25,335 were presented to the World Macedonian Congress on the 20th of August, the petitions were signed from the Australian, New Zealand, Canada and the US Macedonian Diaspora.

The MA expresses gratitude by the overwhelmed support provided by the Macedonian supporters in the short time constraint opposing the recent law that will benefit a Greater Albanian state in the Balkans.

The MA will also promote the referendum "to be annouced" and will promote the reversing of the recent decision.
